Being lean and shredded, garnering praise is awesome but you must be prepared to adapt continuously. To maintain your gains, you need to change yourself and embrace the needs of your aging body gracefully. I assist my clients to live their lives fully in every playing field.

Fitness is not an endgame. It is a long game. The target is always moving. We adapt or we get dragged behind. Don’t be afraid of failure. Without failure, what do the successes mean?
