Make A Checklist
- What is your present state of affairs? Write everything you know about yourself to e true today. This includes your history of weight gain or loss, medical history, career trajectory, financial status, relationship health, everything that matters to you.
- Clear your mind. Focus on that list. And hypothesize what will be most probable outcome in each of those areas in nothing were to change.
- Clear your mind again. Now consider the kind of life you want to live five or seven years from now. Think specifically about all those areas of life you listed. Write it down. Don’t edit. Just write.
- Read your checklist. You now know what there is to be done. Choose one area to make an impact and work through your list. Make the necessary adjustments so you are meeting your own expectations.
